How would you describe your ideal next role?
I'm looking for Principal or Lead-level Product Design roles where I can bring my UX and product strategy experience to the table. I've done consulting work with companies like Medtronic, CaringBridge, and U.S. Bank and I want to keep delivering quality, end-to-end product experiences. I enjoy strategic work, shaping and defining the experience before it gets into the design details, and I'd like to be working closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to get that direction right. The opportunity to mentor designers matters to me as well.
How would you describe your professional background?
I have a background in design, but I've spent my whole career in the digital space, gradually building UX skills and then, most recently, strategy through my consulting role. Most of my career has been in professional services, consulting for clients, which gave me the chance to work across 20+ different organizations and take on a huge variety of problems. Now I'm looking for an in-house role where I can get to know one team deeply and work alongside them over the long term.
How would you describe your ideal next employer?
People matter most to me. I'm looking for a company that genuinely values its people and fosters a culture where everyone can bring their authentic selves to work. I'm open to industry, though my background touches on Healthcare, Life Sciences, Retail, and Nonprofit, so those are areas where I'd bring relevant context on day one. Culture and how people are treated are my top priority, and I'm open to remote or hybrid arrangements.
