What is Minnestar's Talent Network?
Minnestar's Talent Network is an anonymous job seeker network that connects job seekers and employers through double opt-in introductions.
How does it work?
Job seekers create anonymous profiles. Employers browse and request introductions to job seekers they'd like to meet. Nobody's identity is revealed until both sides opt-in, so connections only happen when there's mutual interest.
What makes it different than other job boards or working with recruiters?
- Job seekers can signal that they're open to work anonymously. This means no spam from recruiters nor will your current employer find out. Further, anonymous introductions mean potential employers are interested in your skills and experience without knowing your gender, race, age, or ability status...the way it should be.
- Employers can proactively seek out talented candidates from within a community they trust, with less bias along the way.
How much does it cost?
The service is always free for job seekers. Employer pricing can be found on the
Pricing page.
Who is Minnestar's Talent Network for?
If you're looking for a new gig and any of these categories describes you - Experienced Devs, Junior Devs, Platform, Design, Business, Marketing & Sales, Product, Data - then you're in the right place.
How will you protect my privacy?
Profiles are anonymous by design, with no names, photos, or demographic signals. Your identity is only shared with employers once both sides have agreed to an introduction. We will never share your name, contact info, or anything else that could identify you without your consent.
I need a visa to work in the US. Can I use Minnestar's Talent Network?
Unfortunately, no. The majority of employers we work with are based in the US and aren't open to sponsoring visas. We don't want you to waste your time if we can't actually help you.
I'm an external recruiter. Can I use Minnestar's Talent Network?
Unfortunately, no. We want to avoid being in the middle as much as possible. Our goal is to connect good people with good people, then get out of the way. The more in-between steps there are in the process, the worse the experience is for everyone involved.
