In their words
How would you describe your ideal next role?
I’m looking for a senior strategy and transformation leadership role where I can turn enterprise priorities into clear strategies, operating models, portfolios, and execution plans that deliver measurable business value. I’d partner with executive and cross-functional leaders across business, technology, product, and operations to bring structure to complex and ambiguous challenges, align priorities and resources, and drive strategic initiatives from strategy through execution. My responsibilities would include shaping strategy, building portfolio and governance approaches, designing operating models and capabilities, and leading high-impact transformation and strategic initiatives.
How would you describe your professional background?
I began my career in project and program management, building a strong foundation in execution, cross-functional leadership, and translating business needs into action. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve intentionally expanded from managing individual initiatives to leading enterprise strategy, transformation, portfolio governance, and operating model work across complex organizations, including Target and other large and growing companies. That progression has shaped me into a strategic, hands-on leader who enjoys bringing clarity and structure to ambiguous challenges and connecting strategy to measurable business outcomes.
How would you describe your ideal next employer?
I’m looking for a company with a collaborative culture where leaders value trust, accountability, continuous learning, and strong partnership. I’m open to a range of company sizes and industries, with particular interest in organizations navigating growth, transformation, or meaningful strategic change where I can have visible impact. I work best in environments that value practical problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and turning strategy into action while giving people opportunities to learn and grow.
