How would you describe your ideal next role?
A role that positions the analytics function as a core driver of business strategy. Operating as a core member of the executive leadership team to scale enterprise data ecosystems and greatly expand the impact of analytics architecture. Driving the organizational roadmap through connecting technical data solutions to business impact and embedding deep understanding across the org.
How would you describe your professional background?
Early career, I worked as an analytics consultant interfacing directly with Presidents and C-Suite executives. This was a crash course in leadership strategy and connecting data directly to actionable business outcomes. I took those lessons to heart and built a strong understanding of the levers of business and how data can drive growth. This focus on ensuring data plays an active part of large scale strategy has allowed me to serve in increasing leadership roles; growing global analytics operations at international corporations to modernizing the data stacks at small firms.
