1. I'm a marketing strategist with nearly two decades of combined web development and B2B marketing experience, including nine years at SPS Commerce moving from hands-on production into strategic website leadership.
2. My ideal role that lets me shape web strategy and roadmap while staying hands-on when needed.
3. My ideal company has an employee-first culture with hard-working people, where strategic thinking about the web platform is treated as a growth lever, not an afterthought.

In their words
How would you describe your ideal next role?
My ideal role would be hybrid, but I'm open to remote or on-site. I'd like to work with the marketing team in some capacity, web-specific would be ideal due to my background. I'm no longer a code all day developer, but I'm not opposed to contributing to the team by making other assets, AI workflows, etc.
How would you describe your professional background?
I started out as a front-end web developer that also did design work. I worked at many different agencies and locations until landing a more a web operations role at a B2B SaaS company (SPS Commerce). Through my 9+ years there I evolved from straight operations to a more strategic, forward-looking role. I have enjoyed all aspects of my career so I'm open to my next role being on either side of the IC vs strategic thinking scale.
How would you describe your ideal next employer?
Culture is important to me. I've always sought to work for companies that show care to their employees. I've settled nicely into the Marketing department and would prefer to remain their if possible, but not opposed to work in Product, IT, or Customer Success.
