In their words
How would you describe your ideal next role?
My ideal next role is a senior product leadership position where I can solve meaningful customer and business problems, turn complex needs into clear product strategies, and work closely with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders to bring solutions to market. I’m especially interested in environments where I can own a product or problem space end-to-end—from discovery and strategy through delivery, launch, and continuous improvement. I’d like to join a collaborative, pragmatic team where I can use my background in financial services, lending, digital experiences, and complex integrations while continuing to learn and tackle new problems.
How would you describe your professional background?
I started my career in financial services, spending roughly a decade in lending across underwriting, portfolio management, and technology initiatives designed to improve how lending teams worked. Over time, I found myself increasingly drawn to the product side of the business—translating customer and operational problems into better processes, platforms, and digital experiences—which ultimately led me into product management and product leadership roles. Since then, I’ve led products across banking, payments, onboarding, identity verification, fraud prevention, and other complex financial workflows, typically working at the intersection of business strategy, customer experience, technology, and operations.
How would you describe your ideal next employer?
My ideal next employer is a product-focused company where technology is central to the business and teams are empowered to solve meaningful customer problems. I’m most drawn to small-to-mid-sized companies or larger organizations with an entrepreneurial culture—places that value collaboration, thoughtful decision-making, strong ownership, and moving quickly without creating unnecessary process. Industry-wise, I’m especially interested in financial technology, banking, sports technology, and other businesses where digital products can create a clear, measurable impact for customers.
