In their words
How would you describe your ideal next role?
My ideal next role would be managing a team of designers. I'm also open to a senior level individual contributor position with opportunities to advance into management.
How would you describe your professional background?
I've had a great career exploring different paths in the design world: advertising, art direction, branding and UX. User experience was and continues to be the most exciting and compelling area to invest my efforts in. The problems are vast, the solutions aren't obvious, and the impact can be profound.
How would you describe your ideal next employer?
I've been on the corporate side for quite a while now, so a smaller organization is appealing, but I'm open to different types of organizations. My ideal work culture is transparent, focused, humble and daring.
