I'm a project and program operations professional who loves turning complexity into clarity, connecting people, priorities, data, and processes to keep meaningful work moving.
I'm looking for a role where I can lead cross-functional initiatives, solve interesting problems, improve processes, and help teams work together better along the way.
I'm hoping to find a people-centered organization where collaboration is valued and both the company and its people are invested in growing together.

In their words
How would you describe your ideal next role?
My ideal role would be remote-first or hybrid, focused on project management, program operations, or cross-functional delivery, leading initiatives from planning through delivery and helping teams turn competing priorities and ambiguity into clear, actionable plans. I'd like to work closely with technical and business teams, managing timelines, risks, dependencies, resources, and stakeholder communication while using data and operational insights to improve visibility and decision-making. I particularly enjoy opportunities where I can solve problems, improve processes, and influence without direct authority to help people work together effectively and deliver meaningful outcomes. Ideally, I'd be doing this for an organization that invests in its people, values their growth and contributions, and is interested in building long-term working relationships.
How would you describe your professional background?
My career began in public service, where I spent several years in program operations, cross-agency coordination, process improvement, procurement, and analytical project support. Curiosity about technology led me to study software engineering and move into technical delivery, where I progressed from software development into Scrum Master and project management responsibilities, and, most recently, technical product and project leadership. This combination gives me an unusual perspective: I understand operations and organizational needs, can work with technical teams, and know how to bring people, priorities, data, and processes together to move complex work forward.
How would you describe your ideal next employer?
My ideal employer is a collaborative, people-centered organization where continuous improvement, curiosity, and thoughtful problem solving are valued and people are encouraged to contribute regardless of title. I'm looking for a culture built around trust, inclusion, clear communication, and collaboration, with opportunities to keep learning while helping teams and organizations work better. I'm open to organizations of different sizes and industries, including technology, education, government/public service, or other mission-driven environments where project leadership can make a meaningful impact.
Anything else to add?
I bring technical fluency alongside my public service project and operations background, including hands-on experience with software development, Agile delivery, data and reporting tools, workflow automation, and building AI-assisted processes. I enjoy learning new systems quickly and am interested in how AI and automation can help project teams improve visibility, reduce repetitive work, and make better-informed decisions. I believe an organization's people are its greatest asset, and AI is most valuable when used to augment their capabilities.
