In their words
How would you describe your ideal next role?
I am looking for an operations leadership role at a product-focused company where I can build high-performing teams, help define problems worth solving, and guide the development of practical solutions. I’d like to build on my professional services experience to work closely with designers and engineers, owning priorities and coordinating development through launch and ongoing improvement. My background in consulting and operations has made me comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing competing stakeholder needs, and taking responsibility for results. I enjoy developing individuals and would welcome a people management role; however, I would also be open to an individual contributor position with product direction and ownership.
How would you describe your professional background?
I have a service-oriented background having spent about ten years as a high school educator before transitioning to technology consulting. As a Solutions Architect, I partnered with client stakeholders across industries to translate business requirements into integrated software solutions, owning implementation, enablement, and ongoing customer success. That experience combined rapid technical upskilling with an established foundation in relationship management, communication, and people development. I progressed into practice leadership and now lead a professional services organization generating more than $2.5 million in annual revenue. I am responsible for engagement success, talent development, domestic and near-shore hiring, capacity planning, and delivery P&L performance. My scope has since expanded to include delivery team integration, building a customer success function, and contributing to core company strategy and operational planning.
How would you describe your ideal next employer?
I would like to work at a product-focused company providing a service or solving a problem whose value I can see. I’m open to companies of any size, particularly one where I can contribute to company decisions and remain close to the work and the people doing it. I value direct, constructive conversations and colleagues who are willing to reconsider an approach when feedback or data suggests it isn’t working. I’m open to different industries and would particularly appreciate an environment where developing people is understood to be part of building a healthy business.
Anything else to add?
I have a preference for Hybrid and Remote workplaces in the Minneapolis-St Paul area.
