In their words
How would you describe your ideal next role?
I’m looking for a senior strategy, corporate ventures, or business development role where I can evaluate new markets and technologies, identify growth opportunities, and turn them into investments, partnerships, or new business initiatives. I’m particularly interested in roles that combine strategic thinking with execution and allow me to work closely with senior leaders, operators, technical teams, founders, and external partners. Ideally, I would own meaningful initiatives from opportunity identification and diligence through recommendation, negotiation, and execution.
How would you describe your professional background?
My career has consistently centered on building and evaluating new things. I began as an entrepreneur commercializing technology, moved into startup and innovation leadership, became a venture investor, and ultimately brought that experience into a large healthcare organization working at the intersection of emerging technology, strategy, partnerships, and commercialization. That path has given me experience looking at opportunities from multiple perspectives—as a founder, investor, advisor, partner, and enterprise operator.
How would you describe your ideal next employer?
I’m most interested in established or growth-stage organizations where innovation and new growth are genuine strategic priorities rather than side projects. Healthcare, medical technology, AI/technology, and other innovation-driven industries are particularly compelling, especially organizations with the resources and executive commitment to invest in new markets, technologies, partnerships, and ventures. I value high-trust, intellectually curious cultures that move with urgency, give leaders meaningful ownership, and reward thoughtful risk-taking and execution.
Anything else to add?
I’m especially interested in opportunities where an organization needs someone who can bridge strategy, technology, investing, and execution. I’m comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, evaluating opportunities with incomplete information, working across organizational boundaries, and communicating recommendations to senior stakeholders. I’m open to both healthcare and broader technology-driven industries where those capabilities can help create new sources of growth.
