In their words
How would you describe your ideal next role?
I am seeking a senior or executive product leadership role where I can lead cross-functional teams in building, scaling, and operationalizing intelligent software products and AI-driven automation workflows. In this capacity, I want to collaborate closely with engineering, data science, design, and go-to-market leaders to bridge the gap between technical complexity and business strategy. My core responsibilities would focus on defining end-to-end product roadmaps, shaping agentic AI and workflow automation frameworks, and driving user-centric outcomes that deliver measurable business impact.
How would you describe your professional background?
I began my career in healthcare technology with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from the University of Minnesota, managing critical networks in highly regulated environments. Driven to bridge complex operational challenges with business strategy, I earned my Executive MBA at the Carlson School of Management. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve led cross-functional teams and scaled enterprise SaaS platforms—including consolidating enterprise portfolios at Optum and modernizing public sector platforms. Most recently, my focus shifted to the cutting edge of tech: founding a consulting practice, serving as a Founding Member of MN Women in AI, and operationalizing agentic AI and workflow automation to drive high-impact product transformation.
How would you describe your ideal next employer?
I am looking for an innovative, growth-stage or enterprise organization, ranging from scaling startups (50+ employees) to established tech/healthcare companie, focused on solving complex platform or workflow challenges. The ideal industry spans AI-enabled SaaS, health tech, or enterprise digital platforms where technology directly drives business outcomes. I thrive in a collaborative, pragmatic, and high-trust culture that values cross-functional alignment, iterative innovation, and psychological safety while building impactful products.
