I'm looking for a role where I can be hands-on while helping define products, guide technical decisions, and mentor as well as learn from others.
I would like to join a mission-driven company where curious, independent teams work closely with users and can continue moving quickly as the team and/or the company grows.

In their words
How would you describe your ideal next role?
My ideal role would combine hands-on AI engineering with product and technical leadership.
I would love to work with motivated, independent teammates to identify meaningful problems, build production systems, and guide initiatives from early discovery through adoption and ongoing evolution.
I want to remain close to the architecture and implementation while helping set direction, mentor others, and improve how teams leverage AI effectively.
How would you describe your professional background?
I began in Electrical Engineering, developing complex products and eventually leading technical work across cross-functional teams.
I moved towards software and AI because they allowed me to solve broader organizational problems and deliver sustainable improvements more quickly.
Today, I combine that engineering foundation with full-stack AI development, product discovery, and production ownership.
How would you describe your ideal next employer?
I am open to organizations of any size where teams have the autonomy to experiment, learn quickly, move useful ideas into production, and interact with customers and end users along the way to remain grounded.
I want to work with motivated, independent, and curious individuals who continuously learn and are united by a shared mission to help people.
I am especially drawn to organizations that preserve autonomy, speed, and a spirit of innovation as the business scales.
