I'm a platform-focused, empathetic engineering leader whose goal is to reduce toil and speed up delivery. I want to lead teams through prototyping and scaling internal products to make the whole organization healthier and faster. I want to do this in an established company looking to scale their operations or accelerate their already scaled operations.
