In their words
How would you describe your ideal next role?
I’m looking for a hands-on operations leadership role—such as VP of Operations or COO—at a small to midsize company where I can help build or scale the business. I’m most effective in fast-paced, hardware-focused environments such as medical devices, aerospace, or manufacturing, working closely with executive leadership and teams across engineering, quality, sales, and finance. I’d be responsible for strengthening manufacturing and supply chain operations, implementing practical ERP and IT systems, improving processes, and building the operational infrastructure needed to support commercialization and growth.
How would you describe your professional background?
Originally, a mechanical engineer in supplier quality within aersopace. I developed a strong foundation in manufacturing, quality systems, and continuous improvement. I moved into leadership roles spanning aerospace and medical devices, then deliberately shifted toward smaller, fast-growing companies where I could have a broader impact and build operations from the ground up. Today, I’m a hands-on operations executive with experience leading manufacturing, supply chain, quality, customer and field service, facilities, ERP implementations, and IT infrastructure.
How would you describe your ideal next employer?
Small to mid-sized manufacturer. A business hungry for growth with a collaborative and engaging culture. Ideally, a business with a few active new product development projects, looking to launch quickly.
