In their words
How would you describe your ideal next role?
My ideal next role would place me alongside leaders, consultants, or transformation teams working through AI adoption and modern workplace change. I thrive as a strategic partner behind the scenes, helping the person in the lead clarify ideas, prepare practical guidance, create training, and confidently support employees through change.
I am especially interested in Microsoft 365 and AI adoption within regulated industries, where innovation must be balanced with governance, responsible use, and employee readiness. I would also welcome opportunities to work directly with executives and experienced professionals who are adapting their roles, rebuilding confidence, or navigating career transitions influenced by AI.
My best work happens when I can listen carefully, simplify complexity, and help people determine a practical next step without overwhelming them.
How would you describe your professional background?
I am a Minnesota native with a professional background spanning customer service, financial services operations, learning and development, Microsoft 365 administration, and enterprise AI adoption.
I began my career in service-focused roles, where I learned how much trust can be built by listening carefully and helping someone solve the problem directly in front of them. I carried that approach into nearly eight years at a Fortune 500 financial services company, progressing from frontline insurance operations to employee training and eventually technology adoption. In my most recent role, I supported Microsoft 365 collaboration and helped employees navigate tools including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, and ChatGPT within a regulated environment.
My strength is making complicated technology feel approachable. I do not enter conversations pretending to have every answer, especially in a field changing this quickly. I listen, explore alongside people, and help them find practical ways to reduce repetitive work, communicate more clearly, and confidently experiment with new possibilities.
Having grown up in Plymouth and spent most of my life in Minnesota, I see the people and organizations I support as neighbors and members of my broader community. That keeps my work grounded, personal, and focused on helping people rather than simply promoting technology.
How would you describe your ideal next employer?
My ideal employer is an organization that recognizes AI adoption as both a technology initiative and a people responsibility. I want to work somewhere that invests in helping existing employees develop new capabilities rather than viewing automation primarily as a way to replace them.
Having worked across frontline insurance operations, learning and development, and technology adoption in a regulated environment, I value organizations that balance innovation with education, responsible governance, and genuine care for employees. My ideal employer would acknowledge the uncertainty people are experiencing, communicate honestly, and create meaningful opportunities for employees to participate in shaping the future of their work.
