How would you describe your ideal next role?
My ideal role would be a senior or staff engineer role that allowed my to do some hands-on engineering plus a lot of mentoring and enabling more junior engineers.
How would you describe your professional background?
I have worked mostly at small organizations, often early stage startups, handling the full software development life cycle, from requirements gathering and full-stack engineering to devops, deployment and maintenance. I have especially enjoyed data engineering and analytics work.
How would you describe your ideal next employer?
I would love to join a small- to medium-sized Minnesota tech company, or a larger Minnesota company that's outside the tech/software industry but employs a small tech team. I want to work hybrid so I can go in to the office at least sometimes and see my teammates in person. I would like to work in a highly-collaborative, kind, humble/low ego, family-friendly workplace ... someplace where occasional challenging situations bring out the best in people.
