I’m a senior software engineer who combines strong technical ownership with a collaborative, people-oriented approach to solving problems. I’m looking for a remote or hybrid senior engineering role where I can stay hands-on, tackle meaningful problems, and work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. My ideal company has a thoughtful, low-ego culture that values autonomy, collaboration, continuous learning, and giving engineers a meaningful voice in the products they build.

In their words
How would you describe your ideal next role?
My ideal next role would be in a remote or hybrid environment where I can stay hands-on while also taking ownership of complex problems and contributing to technical direction. I enjoy working closely with engineers, product, design, and other stakeholders to understand the broader problem, shape solutions, and make thoughtful trade-offs rather than working in a purely heads-down capacity. I’m looking for a collaborative team where I can have meaningful impact, help others succeed, and contribute beyond just the code I write.
How would you describe your professional background?
My career started outside of software, where I worked in a client-facing consulting and sales environment before making the decision to transition into software engineering. Since then, I’ve spent about eight years building products across large organizations and smaller companies, growing from an individual contributor into a senior engineer who is comfortable owning complex initiatives and working across technical and non-technical teams. That path has shaped me into an engineer who cares just as much about understanding the problem, communicating clearly, and building alignment as I do about the technical implementation itself.
How would you describe your ideal next employer?
My ideal next employer would be a collaborative, product-focused company where engineering has a meaningful voice in how problems are solved and where people are trusted to take ownership of their work. I’m less focused on a specific company size or industry than I am on finding a thoughtful, low-ego culture with strong communication, good cross-functional partnership, and room to grow. I tend to do my best work in environments that balance autonomy with collaboration and care about building things well without losing sight of the customer or business problem.
