I'm looking for my next role as a Product or Program leader at an early- to growth-stage startup, where I'm comfortable wearing whatever hat the moment calls for. Across 20+ years in B2B SaaS, AI/LLM, and IoT, I've taken 0-to-1 ideas from concept to shipped product, built the processes and structure a growing team needs to stay organized as it scales, and flexed across research, delivery, and go-to-market to get the right things done at the right time.

In their words
How would you describe your ideal next role?
I'm looking for my next role as a Product + Program leader, taking new offerings from concept to scale. Across 20+ years in commercial and industrial B2B, including global product offerings spanning web, mobile, cloud, embedded devices, AI/LLM, connected products, and IoT. I've carried revenue and margin accountability for a $20M product portfolio and stayed with offerings well past launch, into how they're delivered and supported. I've built the processes and structure a growing team needs to stay organized as it scales, and flexed across research, delivery, and go-to-market to get the right things done at the right time.
How would you describe your professional background?
I started my career in HVAC building controls, where my favorite project was the company's first mobile app for BAS systems. That gave me a taste for groundbreaking products built on new technologies, and I've since brought IoT, SaaS, and AI/LLM products to market. Along the way, I managed a team of six, earned a master's in Organizational Leadership, and wore many hats at a small startup (program manager, change agent, process owner, etc).
How would you describe your ideal next employer?
Ideally, I'd like an early- to growth-stage startup; however, I'm open to more established companies working with new technologies. My experience is most applicable to B2B, industrial, and commercial.
I value customer-centricity, transparency, and flexibility.
