How would you describe your ideal next role?
I lead regardless of my formal position, so being in a formal leadership position is ideal.
That said, my technical abilities have unusual depth, so being in a position where I am at least providing technical mentorship is good even if it is not a direct individual contributor position

I'm an operating system engineer who has adopted senior leadership and data engineering roles. I have been responsible for the development and release of successful projects, and have rescued projects that were considered doomed.

A medium-sized company where there aren't hard silos to overcome for project coordination and there is still a need for deep expertise
