I'm a healthcare strategist, communicator, and relentlessly curious problem-solver who has spent my career tackling challenges across the sector and the care continuum. My ideal role: A senior strategy (or similar) position where I can really dig into complex questions, uncover what matters, and turn insights into actionable strategy. In my ideal company, I'm working with a strong and supportive team, where people ask good questions, challenge assumptions, and have the autonomy and flexibility to make things happen.

In their words
How would you describe your ideal next role?
It is a senior healthcare strategy or strategic partnerships position where I'm translating complex data, research, and stakeholder insights into actionable strategies.
In this role, I'm collaborating with executives, healthcare professionals, and cross-functional teams to identify growth and performance improvement opportunities, develop strategies, and execute plans that improve care.
This role combines strategic thinking, relationship development, and communication to help move an organization from insight to implementation.
How would you describe your professional background?
It started with a brain tumor, the product of a rare disease. It continues with an endless commitment to improving healthcare quality. Once thrust into the medical world, I knew I wasn't ever leaving. So I made it my career.
After earning a law degree with health law certification and a master's in healthcare administration, I set out to understand healthcare from as many angles as I could, working alongside healthcare professionals, leaders, strategists, and communicators (to name a few) in a plethora of settings.
Along the way, I discovered I'm at my best when I can take something complex, find the story and opportunity in it, bring the right people together, and turn it into strategies that actually produce change rather than gather dust on a shelf.
How would you describe your ideal next employer?
My ideal next employer is a healthcare organization or company. My latest role as a healthcare leader at a strategic communications agency helped me grow in immeasurable ways, but working with healthcare clients made me realize how much I missed being on their side. My heart is in the health sector.
I've worked for large integrated healthcare organizations employing nearly 50,000. I've worked for smaller companies employing fewer than 150. I'm comfortable in either, as long as a I have team. I am strongest as an individual contributor with a strong cohort of colleagues where we solve challenges together.
I thrive in a collaborative culture where people work hard. Where people are honest. Where we share laughs over good coffee (or even bad coffee, as long as we are smiling). Where the need for flexibility is embraced. Where curiosity is celebrated.
Anything else to add?
I'm seeking a role that is primarily remote but am open to discussing remote + some travel or remote + one day per week in the office. I can also be flexible about in-office days as the job demands, as long as my primary work location is home.
