I'm a engineering leader with a 10+ years delivering high-impact products, equally comfortable coaching a team through performance reviews and jumping into the architecture to unblock a launch. My ideal job is an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead Manager role where I can grow a team while staying close enough to the code to lead by example. My ideal company is a high-growth, mission-driven organization that values building software that solves real problems.

In their words
How would you describe your ideal next role?
Ideally, my next role will be as either an Engineering Management or Staff/Senior Software engineer. It would be remote or hybrid.
How would you describe your professional background?
I've been a product engineer, focused on solving customer problems. My history has taken me from being an IC to leadership across a variety of domains and technologies, where I have successfully delivered solutions with real customer impact.
How would you describe your ideal next employer?
Company size doesn't matter (though I'm not looking for a founding engineer role), but culture and communication should be a priority. I'd love to join a company where I can have a real impact.
