Building something out of nothing transcends having a "job" and I have put my whole self into helping startups attract, hire, develop, reward, and retain employees through lightweight, progressive People Operations and Talent leadership.

In their words
How would you describe your ideal next role?
I thrive when I'm taking people ops and recruiting functions from zero to one. That includes developing processes, systems, and best practices for recruiting, new hire onboarding, benefits, compensation, employee development, employee performance, and company culture.
How would you describe your professional background?
I brought curiosity, tenacity, and a background in technical recruiting to the software startup space and few companies ago and haven't looked back. I found that I was pretty good at handling constant change, ambiguity, and autonomously driving progress forward with imperfect information. I've embraced the age of AI by creating GPTs to enhance my work deliverables and increase my capacity where being human is the work.
How would you describe your ideal next employer?
I'd like to find my next home in a rapidly growing company where I can build out the people function. The founders will know that companies don't run without people and place a priority on valuing, developing, and rewarding their employees.
Anything else to add?
My LinkedIn profile is doesn't explain the work I've been doing since 2022. My resume is much more detailed in that regard. I have been fractional but am looking to return to being a FTE so that my partner can explore their career with flexibility.
