In their words
How would you describe your ideal next role?
My ideal next role is a Minneapolis-based (hybrid, remote, or in-office) Customer Success Manager, Consulting, of Data Analytic position where I can manage high-value client relationships with direct business impact. I thrive in autonomous, cross-functional environments backed by a people-first culture, strong mentorship, and clear paths for professional growth. Building on my background in risk advisory and healthtech customer success, I am eager to expand my scope, own a larger book of business, and drive measurable outcomes alongside a seasoned team.
How would you describe your professional background?
I come from a liberal arts background, where the education isn't just about your major. It's designed to make you think critically. That's honestly part of why I chose economics as my major, it's a discipline you can apply almost anywhere. It turned me into a fast, adaptable learner. What I enjoy most is analyzing patterns, both in people and data. I especially enjoy getting to know people and figuring out what makes them tick, which naturally pulled me toward client-facing work. I started my career at one of the world's leading consulting firms. When I got laid off, I saw it as an opportunity instead of a setback, and used those consulting skills to build a Customer Success function from scratch. Between that experience and years as a collegiate athlete, I've had a lot of practice staying resilient. These days I bring the rigor of a consultant combined with the strategic, customer-forward mindset of a CSM to everything I do.
How would you describe your ideal next employer?
I am looking for a people-first employer that genuinely invests in its team through comprehensive benefits, strong work-life integration, and a collaborative work culture. I thrive in environments where colleagues build authentic, supportive relationships and work together constructively to solve complex problems. As an external processor, I excel in team settings that welcome open dialogue and brainstorming, while respecting different individual working styles. Ideally, I want to join an organization that pairs strong internal mentorship with opportunities for on-site travel and direct client interaction.
