Ideally I'm working alongside product, engineering, or operations leaders to build AI workflows that actually stick, not just prototypes. My responsibilities would include architecting multi-agent systems, driving AI literacy and adoption, and translating business problems into AI-powered solutions.
How would you describe your professional background?
Over 20 years I've worked across finance, legal administration, biotech, retail operations, and marketing technology, starting as an individual contributor learning how organizations actually function from the inside, then growing into roles where I managed teams and owned outcomes. What stayed consistent across every industry was a pull toward the systems underneath the work: how decisions get made, how information flows, and where the real leverage points are. That instinct eventually led me to AI. Today, I design and deploy production-grade AI systems in two environments simultaneously, one enterprise and one consumer startup, and the breadth of that industry experience is what lets me adapt quickly to new business contexts and build solutions that fit the organization rather than just the technology.

A company that is serious about AI implementation, not just experimenting with it. Ideally, a mid-size organization between 50 and 500 people in a knowledge-work industry like fintech, healthtech, legal tech, or SaaS, where AI operations can have a measurable impact fast. Culture matters: I work best with teams that value systems thinking, move with intention, and give operators real ownership over outcomes rather than just task lists.
