I'm a senior software engineer and technical leader with a background in mathematics and a love of solving hard problems collaboratively. I'm looking for a hands-on senior or principal-level role where I can build thoughtful systems while mentoring and leading a small team. My ideal company is a small-to-midsize, mission-driven organization with a collaborative, supportive culture, working in climate, conservation, science, or public service.
