I'm a versatile writer, editor, content creator, world traveler, and marketing professional. My ideal job would involve a nice balance of independent work and team work, with a variety of projects and at least a small creative component, if not considerable. My ideal company recognizes loyalty and hard work, and has a willingness to improve at-work quality of life, when needed.

In their words
How would you describe your ideal next role?
I'm exceptionally adaptable (I've reinvented my career path several times), but my ideal role would be marketing ideation, content creation, copywriting, creative writing, or humor writing. I'm open to an individual or team dynamic, and I'd prefer creativity over conformity.
How would you describe your professional background?
My career has had many twists that I'd be happy to discuss, but I have been a writer in some shape or form for 20+ years. I spent a little time doing marketing for a popular attraction/destination in Minnesota, and lately I've been doing work across the content creation spectrum.
How would you describe your ideal next employer?
I'm not concerned about size as much as culture. I've noted how adversarial certain companies have become in the past 10-15 years and it makes me uncomfortable. I'm looking for a culture that recognizes that we're all adults and should be given an appropriate amount of latitude. For instance, I believe that companies that force you to clock in and out, like we work in a 1950s factory, have very little faith in their workforce.
