In their words
How would you describe your ideal next role?
My ideal next role would involve working at a deeper level in infrastructure, including managing and installing networking equipment as well as designing how data should flow across the network. I would like to be responsible for making technical and business decisions based on an organization’s needs and determining how to design and configure its network to best meet those needs. Ideally, I would work alongside other IT and infrastructure professionals while taking greater ownership of network implementation, configuration, and design.
How would you describe your professional background?
I've always worked in customer service-oriented management roles where we prioritized the guest experience above all else. I eventually turned my passion for IT into a career, starting in desktop support and building on my customer service and leadership experience while expanding my technical responsibilities. Since then, I've gained experience in areas including network installation, SOC monitoring, mentorship, and data analysis
How would you describe your ideal next employer?
My ideal employer would have a team that is passionate about doing the best job possible and willing to go above and beyond to achieve that. I value organizations with a strong one-team culture where people consistently support one another, share knowledge, and work toward common goals. Company size and industry are less important to me than finding an organization where technology is valued, employees are encouraged to grow, and IT is treated as an important part of the business.
