I'm a Senior UX Researcher, organization enthusiast, and optimist with experience turning ambiguity into clarity, from building a UX research practice from scratch, to leading trust-and-transparency research on AI tools in a regulated industry. My ideal job lets me own an end-to-end process on high-stakes human moments on a talented and highly collaborative team. I'm looking for an established, mission-driven company in healthcare, human services, or consumer products that invests fully in the people doing high-trust work.

In their words
How would you describe your ideal next role?
I'm looking for a Senior UX research role, but am open to expanding into another type of role where UXR and Project Management skills are required. Ideally, I'd own a process, either collaborate with or manage people, working towards a goal of improving an end-user's experience...be it in healthcare, human services, local government, or tools that support professionals who do that work.
How would you describe your professional background?
My professional path started long before I had a title for it. I spent years moving between theater, events, and nonprofit development, deliberately volunteering my way into learning new skills, paired with targeted education, before turning them into paid work. The thread throughout my career carried the same theme: Seeing something fragile sitting in a gap. It could be discovery of a broken process, an unreached audience, a research practice that doesn't exist yet. Regardless of the industry, topic, or role, I uncover the need and I build the structure it needs. I sincerely enjoy this work, and for that reason, the job title is less important than the job function.
How would you describe your ideal next employer?
I'm drawn to established, well-resourced companies, organizations with the maturity and stability to invest fully in the people doing high-trust work. Industry-wise, healthcare, human services, and mission-driven consumer products are a good fit because research in those spaces directly shapes whether people can access something they genuinely need. Culturally, I thrive where psychological safety is built into how the team operates. Clear expectations, ownership over my work, and leadership that listens closely and acts in the interest of their users.
