How would you describe your ideal next role?
I would love my next role to be a hybrid position so I can interact with colleagues face to face on a regular basis. I excel at getting things done and aligning my team on next steps. I'd like to continue as an individual contributor solving technical problems, but I'd also love to work at a company where my leadership skills and Jack-of-all-trades/keep-the-plates-spinning skills are valued.
How would you describe your professional background?
After a previous career in communications, I taught myself to code, freelanced, worked in agencies for 3ish years then switched to SaaS application development. I started as a frontend engineer at my current company but have transitioned to fullstack. I have been working at my current company for nearly 5 years.
