How would you describe your ideal next role?
My ideal role would be hybrid or remote. I’d love to work on catalogs, books, manuals, publications, and other projects that make strong use of Adobe InDesign. I enjoy taking a project from layout and design through production, working closely with writers, editors, project managers, and other creative team members. I’d also like a role where I can use my production experience to improve templates, workflows, and processes while producing accurate, polished work.
How would you describe your professional background?
I started my career doing a variety of graphic design work, including logo design, marketing materials, catalogs, and magazines. Over the years, I’ve worked across several industries, including retail, publishing, and education, which has given me experience with many different types of projects and audiences. I eventually developed a strong focus on InDesign, publication and document design, and production, and that has become the core of my work.
How would you describe your ideal next employer?
I would like to work for a company that values its employees, has a friendly and collaborative culture, and takes pride in the work it does. I would prefer a mid-sized company where people enjoy working together, have a good work-life balance, and where I can feel proud of the work I contribute. I am open to different industries as long as the work is interesting and the company and people are a good fit.
