In their words
How would you describe your ideal next role?
In my ideal role, I’d be able to work remotely and continue to be a customer advocate and serve as the voice of the customer in a CS role. I thrive in relationship based roles and would like to continue that in my next position.
How would you describe your professional background?
I started in customer service based roles and eventually transitioned to a customer support desk. From there, I became a customer success manger and subject matter expert at my current SaaS company. I have over 8 years of fintech experience in my current role.
How would you describe your ideal next employer?
I really value a strong work life balance as I have a young family. I want an employer that supports professional growth and development.
Anything else to add?
I’d love to continue contributing to the fintech field and leverage my expertise to grow within the Minnesota tech community.
