My ideal next role is a QA Analyst position where I can perform end-to-end functional, regression, UI, and API testing for web and mobile applications. I look forward to investigating and reproducing complex issues while collaborating closely with developers and product teams in an Agile environment to improve product quality and user experience. I started my technology career providing Tier I IT support and building a strong foundation in hardware, operating systems, and end-user troubleshooting. Driven by an interest in software quality, I completed web development coursework at Kenzie Academy and transitioned into software testing, earning my ISTQB certification and serving as a QA Analyst at Accenture. Today, I combine my background in functional testing and system diagnostics with ongoing technical support experience at Apple Retail to deliver reliable software and excellent end-user experiences.
