In their words
How would you describe your ideal next role?
Planning and facilitating discussions across silos and sectors that inform strategic decisions - especially when critical questions involve innovative technologies including cleantech and medtech. Or acting on the outputs of those discussions to deliver impactful systems-change projects coordinated among a wide array of partners. My analytical background also prepares me to generate informative qualitative and quantitative surveys and analyze data from reports and precedents so that projects' success builds on peers' expertise.
How would you describe your professional background?
I pursued a master's in technology policy to gain the skills to pursue my passion for connecting problem-solvers with the right resources and customers. I applied my skills to planning for a university innovation district, and then as the coordinator of the Minneapolis-Saint Paul startup ecosystem convening organization.
How would you describe your ideal next employer?
My next employer bridges industry silos and community needs, and is seeking a teammate who can synthesize technical and non-technical perspectives to inform their decisions. They have a culture that encourages staff to voice their opinions, and a structure in which teammates lean on each other to offer support through challenges.
