How would you describe your ideal next role?
My idea role would be working on small to medium scale projects within the Microsoft biz apps ecosystem, primarily in Power Platform and Copilot Studio. I'd like to work in a small (<10 person), collaborative team. I love working with end users, using the Power Platform stack to solve problems and improve processes.
How would you describe your professional background?
I've always worked in the enterprise software sector, starting with administering an ERP system for a manufacturing company. I moved to the Microsoft biz apps space to expand my skillset and have enjoyed working in the space as there's so much to learn. I've always been drawn to the intersection of business and technology, so the biz apps space is the perfect place to explore that interest.
How would you describe your ideal next employer?
I don't have strong preferences for the size of company or industry. I find I work best with people that don't take themselves seriously but take their work seriously. I'd like to work in a team that operates like this, and at a company that treats their employees like humans.
