I have knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking fundamentals, technical troubleshooting, and cybersecurity principles. My professional experience in healthcare and transportation has strengthened my communication, problem-solving, time management, and teamwork skills. I am passionate about technology and continuously improving my technical knowledge through professional training and certifications. I am currently seeking an entry-level IT Support Technician, Help Desk Technician, or Computer Technician position where I can apply my education, develop hands-on experience, contribute to organizational success, and build a long-term career in information technology and cybersecurity.
