How would you describe your ideal next role?
I'm looking for a part-time internship, fall, spring, or summer, where I can work on real problems in supply chain, operations, or product, not just support work on the side. Ideally I'm working closely with a small team or a manager who's open to me taking ownership of a project end to end, whether that's improving a process, digging into data, or helping launch something new. I do my best work when there's room to move fast and figure things out as I go, rather than a heavily scripted role.
How would you describe your professional background?
I studied Business Management at Gustavus Adolphus and spent my internships getting hands-on with operations, from migrating SAP data across a large SKU catalog at WEG Electric Machinery to finding process improvements at an e-commerce company. Alongside that I co-founded CircleU, a college social app, with my brother, which taught me how to build something from zero with no budget and figure out what people actually want before you build more of it. Now I'm doing my MBA at Augsburg while still growing CircleU, because I like being in motion rather than waiting for the "right" time to start something.
How would you describe your ideal next employer?
I'd like to work somewhere mid-size to large with an established supply chain, operations, or product function, where I can learn from people who've done this at scale, think Target, Cargill, General Mills, or similar Minneapolis-based companies. I want a culture where people are trusted to take initiative and where there's room to actually contribute to something, not just observe. Industry matters less to me than the chance to work on real operational or product problems with a team that moves at a good pace.
