I'm a career infrastructure generalist, looking for what's next.
I'm looking for a hands-on infrastructure/architecture role where I can make an actual difference to the organization, not just check boxes with busywork.
I'd like to find an organization that sees the differences between its employees as an asset, rather than a liability.

In their words
How would you describe your ideal next role?
I'm mostly looking for infrastructure roles involving networks, systems, or some mix thereof. Specific titles don't especially matter to me; it's more about having engaging work that's meaningful to the organization, and ideally a societal net positive.
I'm open to people management, but I feel that I can likely make more of an impact to an organization as an individual contributor (with some mentorship opportunities).
How would you describe your professional background?
I started out in a small business before pivoting to large enterprises, mostly owing to having honed a set of skills that span the usual silos of specialization.
How would you describe your ideal next employer?
My ideal next employer would be one that hasn't given up on the strengths of diversity of ideas, backgrounds, and experiences. Industry doesn't especially matter, but scale-wise, I'd like to be able to work for the same organization for years without feeling like I can't keep making a difference.
