I'm a data professional skilled in SQL, Python, and Power BI, with a B.S. in Information Systems and eight years of healthcare experience providing real domain depth. My ideal job is a Healthcare Data Analyst role where I turn data into insights that support better decision-making. My ideal company is a healthcare or mission-driven organization that values my industry knowledge as much as my technical skills and invests in long-term careers.

In their words
How would you describe your ideal next role?
My ideal role combines my healthcare background with data and information systems, a Healthcare Data Analyst position where I work with claims, utilization, or patient data using SQL, Python, and Power BI to find patterns and turn them into insights that improve care and decision-making. After eight years on the care side, I bring a level of healthcare domain knowledge that most analysts don't have, and I'm looking for a role where that's treated as a real asset alongside my technical skills.
How would you describe your professional background?
I've spent eight years working in healthcare, primarily in care coordination and community support, helping people with complex health needs access the services they need. That work gave me a deep, firsthand understanding of how healthcare data, claims, utilization, care gaps, actually reflects real people's lives. I built on that foundation with a B.S. in Information Systems, a Google Data Analytics Certificate, and a hands-on apprenticeship where I cleaned over 20,000 records and built Power BI dashboards used in real organizational reporting. I'm ready to bring both sides of my experience, healthcare and data, into one role
How would you describe your ideal next employer?
I want to work for a healthcare organization or mission-driven company where data genuinely shapes decisions. Ideally it's a mid-to-large company with a collaborative culture that recognizes the value of hiring analysts who understand the industry from the inside, not just the tools. I'm looking for a company I can work hard for and build a long-term career with, one that will invest in me as I grow my technical skill set further
Are there specific companies you're targeting?
Molina Healthcare, UnitedHealth Group / Optum, Agiliti, Epic, Meditech, TruBridge
Anything else to add?
I hold a B.S. in Information Systems along with a Google Data Analytics Certificate, combined with eight years of real healthcare experience, a combination that's rare and directly relevant to healthcare data roles. I'm looking to find a company I can work hard for and build a lasting career with.
