How would you describe your ideal next role?
I'm interested in helping clients understand their problems, be hands-on with implementations, and triage directly with our software team to improve our products.
I'd also love to work with both pre and post-sales teams to help close deals.

I've been a software engineer for over a decade, starting at Best Buy on their dotcom team, with my last job at a startup as their CTO & VP of Engineering.
I love focusing on UX, and am a very product and design focused engineer. I also have deep experience in backend and devops.

My ideal company is probably at least 100 employees that trusts and enables their teams to work hard, meet deadlines, and can leverage autonomy to find the cadence that works well for them.
