I'm a digital strategy and operations leader with 15+ years of experience, including a decade leading strategy and delivery at digital agencies, helping creative and digital teams define where they're going and build the systems they need to get there. I'm looking for fractional or project-based engagements where I can step in, diagnose what's slowing a team down, shape digital strategy, build frameworks that make execution repeatable, and help teams navigate AI implementation in ways that actually stick. The best fit is a small-to-midsize company or agency that's growing, navigating change, and ready to invest in the strategic and operational foundation that makes that growth sustainable.

In their words
How would you describe your ideal next role?
I'm looking for fractional or project-based engagements where I step into a digital, marketing, or creative team and bring operational structure, digital strategy, or both. The best fit is a team that's executing well tactically but needs someone to diagnose gaps, shape digital strategy, build frameworks, and connect the work to business objectives. I work best as a senior-level partner, not a pair of hands, which means I'm most effective when I have access to leadership and visibility into how decisions are being made.
How would you describe your professional background?
I started in digital marketing and campaign management, then spent the better part of a decade leading strategy and delivery at digital agencies, where I owned multi-million dollar client portfolios and built the operational systems that kept complex programs on track. Over time I realized the work I did best and enjoyed most wasn't the execution itself. It was the pattern recognition: seeing where strategy and operations were misaligned, diagnosing what was slowing teams down, and building the frameworks that made execution repeatable. That recognition led me to launch Spark Pattern, a strategic consulting studio focused on digital strategy, marketing operations, and systems design, where I now work with creative and digital teams as a fractional operational and strategic leader.
How would you describe your ideal next employer?
I'm drawn to small-to-midsize companies, agencies, or startups in the 10 to 150 person range where operational clarity is a real need, not a nice-to-have. The best fit is a team that's growing or navigating change and needs senior-level strategic and operational support without the overhead of a full-time hire. Industry is less important to me than organizational maturity: I work well with teams that are thoughtful about how they operate, open to outside perspective, and ready to build systems that outlast the engagement.
Anything else to add?
I'm currently available for fractional and project-based engagements, particularly work that sits at the intersection of digital strategy, operational design, and AI integration. If you're a team trying to figure out how to work smarter, move faster, or connect your strategy to how you actually execute, that's exactly the kind of problem I'm built for.
