How would you describe your ideal next role?
My ideal next role would be a research and data analysis position apart of a collaborative team. My responsibilities would include conducting research, performing data analysis, and data storytelling. The role would be conducting data research and analysis with human-centered data.
How would you describe your professional background?
I recevied a bachelors degree in Psychology and served as a case manager for a non-profit and Community Based Services organizations. This is where I learned my passion for improving processes and outcomes through quality data. I am now obtaining a masters degree in Applied Data Analytics to learn tools and techniques to improve decision making effectively and efficiently.

My ideal employer can range in company size and industry, but has the goals, mission, and values of improving the lives of their employees, customers, or populations they serve.
