How would you describe your ideal next role?
I could see myself either continuing on a manager role. I do enjoy training people, and seeing them become the best versions of themselves and helping them grow. I also enjoy doing the actual work, and would be ok with a break from management and be in an individual contributor role for a ltitle bit.

Worked in the accounting space for the last 13 years. 3 years working at SPS Commerce, and moved to public accounting, where I have been the last 8 years. Love working in the technology space, both in the industry and doing audits for vc backed start up technology company's.
How would you describe your ideal next employer?
I would love to join a a true start up or smaller sized company. I feel as though my experience at the accounting firm I've been at, is best geared for a smaller team, where I have a hands on ability to help. I typically work in office, but am generally flexible here. VC backed or bootstrapped, either would be ok.
